I had a hard time with this recipe for candied pecans. After you put all the ingredients in a bag and shake them up do you bake them? If so how long and what heat. I would think you would want to bake them because of the egg white. Thank yo
Hi Jo – yes, bake them! Pour on to a baking sheet that’s been sprayed with cooking spray and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 250 degrees f. Use a spatula to stir them every 15-20 minutes.
